Safety
Safeguard your room card key! Do not leave your card in the room. If your card is lost or stolen, report it to the reception desk immediately. When checking out , do not forget to deposit your card with the desk clerk.

Elevators
Please follow the rules available in the entrance of every elevator. In the event of elevator failure, please do not panic. Pick up the telephone and you will be put in contact with the reception desk or push the emergency button . In case of fire emergency , please use the stairs. DO NOT USE THE ELEVATORS.

Valuables -Safe Box
Do not keep valuables in your room .The use of the safety deposit box in your room is free of charge. Please follow the instructions as described next to the safety deposit box.
Unless you can use the central safe box at manager office (upon request/upon availability),extra charge 10€ per day

Laundry-Dry cleaning
Please fill in the laundry form, which is in your wardrobe and leave the clothes with the form on your bed one day in advance. It takes one to two days. Dry cleaning takes about 1-2 days also. Please contact reception (0) if you need dry cleaning.We regret there is no service on weekends or public holidays.

Check-in Time
Please notice that on arrival day ,rooms are available after 15.00hrs

Check-out Time – Departure Day
Please check out of your room on the day of your departure latest 11:00. If you need a day use, please contact reception one day in advance. (subject to availability).Bear in mind that if you have booked late check out, your key card must be reprogrammed after 12 o’clock, therefore contact the Reception desk for assistance. Before leaving the hotel, please make sure that you have returned your room key to the reception and check that your bill has been settled.

Birthdays-Anniversaries
If you have any special wishes please inform the Maitre d’ Hotel or the Front Office manager one day in advance, There is many options and proposals for something special.

Flowers
You can order flowers at the reception desk. Delivery takes one day.

Parking

The city line bus takes you daily to Heraklion, bus stop 20m to the right of the hotel entrance. Please contact the reception desk for more info regarding the bus schedule.

If you need to change your towels again, please request it at reception desk.

If you receive mail, it will be sent to your room. If you want to send a letter or a card, post your mail at reception.

Smoking is forbidden in all closed areas- rooms included.

Sun Beds & Umbrellas
Sun beds and umbrellas in the pool & beach area are free of charge. Kindly Please do not reserve the sun beds by putting your towel on it. If you leave clothing or other items on the sun beds they are taken away by the hotel’s personnel.

Swimming Pools
Operating Hours 10:00 to 18:00
All fresh water pools are filtered, ozone cleaned and the water is changed permanently. It is not allowed to use the pools from 19:00 until 10:00. You are advised to use the main pool only during the shift of our personnel . Never leave your children to swim unattended and diving is prohibited. Visitors, who are not guests of the hotel are not allowed to use the pool facilities.

Pool-Beach Towels
Pool – Beach towels are available. Towels are provided by Reception. Giving a deposit of €10. You can change the towels every other day from the Reception.
*On the date of your departure, the towels should be returned to Reception and you will get your deposit back.
In case of loss or damage 20€ will be charged per towel.

Room Towels
Due to hygienic reasons you are not allowed to use the white towels outside of your room. We kindly ask you to think first about the serious burden to the environment that is caused by the laundry of the towels and to reuse them by drying the towels on the drying rack – not on the hand rail – of your balcony or veranda!
Can you imagine how many towels are unnecessarily washed every day and the great amount of washing powder needed which thereby pollutes our water? Please decide: towels thrown into the shower means: “PLEASE CHANGE”. Towels hung on the towel rail means: “I’LL USE IT AGAIN – FOR THE SAKE OF OUR ENVIRONMENT”. Please notice that it is not allowed to use these towels outside of your room. The guest is charged with any damage or loss.

Kettle & Supplies
In your room you will find a kettle and supplies to make coffee or tea

Entrance
The main entrance of the hotel is via the reception and it is not allowed for visitors or work partners to access the facilities without permission.

Pets
It is not allowed to keep pets of any size in the whole area of the hotel. For Safety and health reasons , we ask you that you do not feed any stray animals that approach the hotel.

Porter
Please contact the Reception desk if you need any help with your luggage. You are responsible for your luggage. Please make sure that they have been taken out of your taxi/bus on arrival ,or that you have not forgotten anything on departure.

In case of an emergency please contact the front desk or dial (0).First aid kits are available in the reception area , as well as in all hotel departments.In case of emergency please call the reception desk . The doctor is available 24hs per day upon request.

Television
Every room is equipped with a PLASMA TV. Please set the volume on a level that does not disturb other guests.(Kindly find TV channel list ,at the end).

Time of Rest
Please take care that you do not disturb anybody during the general resting times between 15:00 and 17:00 and between 24:00 and 07:00 o’clock.

Restaurant
If you would like to try a restaurant at the village area ,we can book it for you.Contact the Reception desk

Do not Disturb
If you do not wish to be disturbed by anybody in your room, please hung the “Do Not Disturb” sign outside of your room door.

Biological Sewage System
The hotel is connected with the city biological sewage system . Therefore we kindly ask you NOT TO PUT ANY TOILET PAPER DOWN IN THE TOILET, please put it in the bin.

Elevator
It is prohibited to children less than 14 years to use the elevator without attendance. In case of an emergency, please do not panic, press the alarm button and the elevator will stop.

Food & Beverages
The hotel follows a general system for food safety and hygiene assurance. It is not allowed to consume in the rooms any food or beverages .For products from outside the hotel,we don’t have any responsibility about the quality.

Dress Code
Casual Dress Code during the day. Our guests are kindly requested to dress suitably for dinner.
